IRF1 and neoplasm: We display binding patterns of 15 main TFs that are believed to have a broad set of biological functions (Fig. 3E), such as transcriptional regulation (CEBPB, P300), immune or inflammatory response (AP1, IRF1, STAT1, PPARG, NFE2L2), tumours (AP1, SP1, EGR1, STAT1, PAX2, etc.), metabolism (FOXO1, PPARG), and growth and development of cells or organs (E2F1, SP1, MEF2A, NR2F2, HNF4A, PAX2, NEF2L2, PPARG, etc.).
