JAK2 and myelofibrosis: Interestingly, fedratinib, a selective oral JAK2 inhibitor recently approved in the United States for treatment of adult patients with myelofibrosis [34], which has off-target activity against the VIPs BRD4, TBK1, MARK1 and CSNK2A2, also displayed a similar proviral effect in our disease system (Supplementary Figure S2).
