Among the BC patients with TP53/MYC co‐alteration, 37 (94.87%) had mutations in genes in ERBB signaling pathway, 26 (66.67%) had mutations in genes involved in the cell cycle, 17 (43.59%) had mutations in genes involved in homologous recombination, and 16 (41.03%) had mutations in genes in the p53 signaling pathway. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is breast cancer.
