More alterations in genes involved in homologous recombination (p < 0.001), cell cycle (p < 0.001), and oxidative phosphorylation (p = 0.004) in TP53‐mut patients, and more mutations in genes involved in homologous recombination (p < 0.001), cell cycle (p = 0.01) and the p53 signaling pathway (p = 0.045) in MYC‐amp patients were detected when compared with BC patients without TP53/MYC alteration.
