Figure 3(a) shows that the high LZTR1 expression is associated with a poorer overall survival (OS) in ACC (P = 0.0023) and uveal melanoma (P = 0.012). HNSC and ESCA with low levels of LZTR1 were significantly associated with poorer survival (P = 0.045 and P = 0.032, respectively). When analyzing disease-free survival (DFS), the low expression of LZTR1 indicated remarkably better prognosis in ACC, LIHC, prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and UVM (Figure 3(b), P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene LZTR1 and adrenal cortex carcinoma.
