Corresponding to miR-101, IDH2 deficiency in A549-luc and H460-luc cells retarded NSCLC growth by exhibiting smaller tumor volumes (Figures 2(a)–2(d)) and lighter weight (Figures 2(e) and 2(f)), which was consistent with the references that IDH2 deficiency resulted in the attenuation of lung cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth [26]. Here, IDH2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
