Kaplan-Meier (KM) survival curves showed that higher CUL7 was associated with worse overall survival (OS) and poor prognosis, in particular, disease-specific survival (DSS) and disease-free interval (DFI) in the COAD subgroup) were lower, suggesting that abnormal excess CUL7 is a risk factor for COAD and may be an early predictor of cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CUL7 and cancer.
