In the present study, we used DTA and DTR mice as well as BM transplantation, and showed that the absence of BM-derived i-Langerin+ dDCs could attenuate the MC903-induced AD-like dermatitis, which was indicated by alleviated symptoms, less scratch, low level of serum IgE, and nearly undetectable TSLP expression. This evidence concerns the gene CD207 and Alzheimer disease.
