MAPK8 and thromboangiitis obliterans: Along with the phosphorylation of ERK (Figure 6H) and JNK (Figure 6J), the levels of ERK (Figure 6G) and JNK (Figure 6I) were decreased in the TAO group, which suggested that a large number of ERK and JNK proteins are activated by phosphorylation, whereas treatment with BF-M/H led to notable inhibition of ERK and JNK signaling pathways in rats with TAO (p < 0.01).
