NFKB1 and staphylococcus aureus infection: With respect to the KEGG pathway, the identified DEGs were primarily enriched in the pathways related to immune- and inflammation-linked diseases (e.g., Staphylococcus aureus infection, tuberculosis, and pertussis) and the immune-related pathways (e.g., nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathway, complement and coagulation cascade, Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway, and NET formation) (Figure 5).
