NQO1 and infection: For example, six proteins: hemoglobin subunit alpha (HBA1/HBA2), interferon-induced 35 kDa protein (IFI35), nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT), NQO1, poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 9 (PARP9), and tripartite motif-containing protein 5 (TRIM5) were significantly upregulated ≥1.33-fold, DNA topoisomerase 2-alpha (TOP2A) was significantly downregulated ≥1.33-fold, and an additional 20 proteins were significantly dysregulated ≥1.25-fold (Supplementary Table S2), contributing to identification of the “infection by RNA virus” disease function.
