WEE1 and Menkes disease: CLIC1 (chloride intracellular channel protein 1, which regulates important cellular processes such as maintenance of intracellular pH, regulation of cell volume, stabilization of cell membrane potential, and transepithelial transport) and PGAM1 (phosphoglycerate mutase 1, which is involved in protein kinase binding and Menkes Disease and myoglobinuria) were downregulated only by the more pathogenic SARS-COV-2 but upregulated by virtually all other viruses.
