ATP6V1B2 and infection: From Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, Table 4 and Table 5, we can immediately see that the coefficient signs associated with ATP6V1B2 are uniformly negative, which shows that increasing the expression level of ATP6V1B2 will decrease the virus (SARS-CoV-2) strength; the coefficient signs associated with IFI27 are uniformly positive, which shows that decreasing the expression level of IFI27 will decrease the virus (SARS-CoV-2) infection strength.
