Overall, after comparing each T-cell subset distribution in the LuT patients and HD, at both time-points, the LuT patients showed a significantly lower percentage of IFNγ+IL2+TNFα+CD4+ T-cells and IFNγ+IL2+TNFα-CD4+ T-cells compared with HD (T0: 0.02 [0.00–0.03] and 0.10 [0.10–0.12], p = 0.0273; 0.00 [0.00–0.02] and 0.10 [0.06–0.16], respectively, p = 0.0007; Tpost: 0.02 [0.00–0.05] and 0.10 [0.07–0.16], p = 0.0380; 0.00 [0.00–0.00] and 0.10 [0.02–0.11], respectively, p = 0.0013). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and Huntington disease.
