In the MR of lipids on NAFLD, we first obtained the following number of SNPs that that was significant in terms of genome-wide threshold (p < 5 × 10−8, r2 < 0.001, and kb < 10,000): LDL-C (177), HDL-C (362), ApoB (198), ApoA1 (299), and TGs (313). Here, APOA1 is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
