Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a special subtype of breast cancer, accounting for about 12.7% of breast cancer [1], which is characterized by negative estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) with high recurrence rate, strong invasiveness, and poor prognosis characteristics.
