INS and infectious disease: Insulin secretion was related to signaling pathways, such as MAPK, PI3-AKT, and cGMP-PKG; to the nervous system; and to the immune processes natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, CD molecules, exosome, leukocyte transendothelial migration, and infectious diseases, which are all down-regulated, with the exception of the up-regulated processes B cell receptor signaling pathway and inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels.
