These trends of nanophotosensitizers are related to the generation of ROS and PDT efficacy, i.e., the COSthPBAP nanophotosensitizers showed superior ROS generation and PDT efficacy against oral cancer cells with low dark toxicity against normal HGF-1 cells (Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10). This evidence concerns the gene HGF and lip and oral cavity carcinoma.
