Cumulative evidence indicates that KLK10 represents an unfavorable prognostic marker in colon, renal clear cell, colorectal, and gastric cancer [17,18,19]; however, in contrast, KLK10 has also been associated with tumor-suppression in prostate and testicular cancer due to its capacity to modulate cell proliferation and apoptosis [20]. This evidence concerns the gene KLK10 and gastric cancer.
