Through a heat map analysis of the 20 selected DE mRNAs, 14 mRNAs (HADH, CPN2, ADAM33, TDRD10, SNF1LK2, HBA2, KCNIP2, EPB42, PYGM, CEP68, ING3, EMCN, SYF2, DTWD1) were found to be downregulated in breast cancer tissues and six mRNAs (ZNF8, TOMM40, EVPL, EPN3, AP1M2, SPINT2) were upregulated in breast cancer tissues (Figure 2). The gene discussed is CEP68; the disease is breast carcinoma.
