Subgroup analysis showed that AT (SMD = 0.36, 95% CI = −0.11~0.82, p = 0.13), RT (SMD = −0.83, 95% CI = 0.08~1.58, p = 0.03), and AT + RT (SMD = 0.34, 95% CI = −0.39~0.60, p = 0.69) could not reduce the TNF-α level in adolescents with obesity (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
