LRRC15 (also known as hLib), a type I transmembrane protein and member of the leucine-rich repeat superfamily [9,10], is frequently overexpressed in various tumor types, such as prostate, breast, ovarian, and cervical tumors [11,12], and can also cause resistance to adenoviral p53 [13].
