Tukey’s post hoc tests indicated that the concentration of IL-1β (p < 0.001; Figure 4A), IL-6 (p < 0.001; Figure 4B), and TNFα (p < 0.001; Figure 4C) in the prefrontal cortex were significantly increased in the 3 × Tg-AD control group compared to those of the non-Tg control group. Here, IL6 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
