AFP and neoplasm: Tumor markers, such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA-19-9), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA-125), beta subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (b-hCG), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and chromogranin A (CgA), are used in abdominal and pelvic cancers.
