According to our transcriptome comparation of the sorted murine non-hematopoietic CD200+CD105− and CD200−CD105+ synovial populations from the AIA model, BMP, Wnt and TGF-β pathways were only overexpressed in the CD200+CD105−, and were underexpressed in the CD200−CD105+, so CD200−CD105+ cells could potentially represent hypertrophic synoviocytes in murine and human RA [29]. Here, CD200 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
