Results of KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that genes that were differentially expressed between the control and the IND-treated groups (Figure 3A) were mostly enriched for pertussis, fluid shear stress, atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoclast differentiation, TNF, IL-17, glucagon, type C lectin receptor, and AGE-RAGE signaling pathways (padj < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and rheumatoid arthritis.
