In an earlier study by Han et al., teratozoospermia datasets were intensively screened using gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA) to find three potential biomarkers, namely, AGBL4, FAM172A, and RUNDC3B, in the teratozoospermia patient group [11].
