Women with BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2 and RAD51C mutations were enrolled in a surveillance program for breast, ovarian and colon cancer development, whereas men with BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2 and RAD51C mutations were enrolled in a surveillance program targeting breast, prostate, colon, laryngeal and pancreatic cancer.
