Our study revealed that in IDH1 R132H-negative gliomas, EZH2 overexpression predicted significantly poorer PFS and OS outcomes with a higher recurrence risk (p = 0.001) and 4.7 times higher mortality (p = 0.025) than IDH1 R132H-negative gliomas with low EZH2 expression. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
