In recent years, Simopoulus et al. [50] reported the first case of a successful [68Ga]PSMA PET/CT and MRI/ultrasound-guided biopsy; the PSMA-positive region of interest was transposed onto biplanar MRI images, and a target biopsy was performed, demonstrating a GS 3+4 PCa. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
