The ANHL12P1 phase II study randomized children with ALK-positive ALCL to either crizotinib or brentuximab vedotin combined with chemotherapy and found no significant difference in infection rates, even though serious adverse events were more likely to occur in the crizotinib arm (OR 2.89; 95% CI: 0.73 to 11.4; p = 0.06). Here, ALK is linked to anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
