Signaling pathway analysis of the genes dysregulated upon knockdown of MYBL2, FOXM1, or both MYBL2 and FOXM1 in lung adenocarcinoma revealed that the genes regulated by MYBL2 and FOXM1 were mainly involved in cell cycle processes (cell survival, DNA replication, and DNA repair), cellular assembly and organization, and cellular development (Figure 3C–E). This evidence concerns the gene MYBL2 and lung adenocarcinoma.
