Compared with the normal control group, the cytoinflammatory factors MCP-1, IL-6, and TNF-α of HF were significantly increased by 33.26%, 47.59%, and 41.76%, respectively, indicating that the mice’s long-term high-fat diet led to the occurrence of inflammatory reactions in vivo, but after the addition of SA and HM, the level of inflammatory factors was significantly reduced, and HM showed better results than SA. Here, IL6 is linked to hydrops fetalis.
