In a phase II study enrolling 107 patients with FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement positive biliary tract cancer who failed prior chemotherapy (FIGHT-202), pemigatinib, an oral inhibitor of FGFR 1–3, demonstrated 35.5% of ORR, which met the predefined ORR of 33% [57]. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and biliary tract cancer.
