According to multi-ROI analysis, Jiang et al. found that both the maximum APT value (0.99 ± 0.33 vs. 2.03 ± 0.72, p < 0.001) and the minimum APT value (0.59 ± 0.32 vs. 0.99 ± 0.47, p = 0.02) of IDH-mutated gliomas were significantly lower than those of IDH-wildtype gliomas.
