HSPD1 and central nervous system cancer: The analysis of the HSP60 protein level by Western blotting showed an increase in the expression of this protein in the SW1088 glioma line after 24 h of incubation with 2-ME, which were: 100 pM—1.52 (±0.21); 1 nM—1.12 (±0.08); 10 nM—1.59 (±0.37); 100 nM—1.18 (±0.16); 1 μM—1.29 (±0.17); and 10 μM—1.5 (±0.37), expressed as fold change compared to the control (Figure 6A).
