WNT16 and Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome: Figure 6C–E visualizes the gene expression of the respective genes. Expression of WNT16 is higher in nonagenarians (Figure 6C) and progeria patients (Figure 6D) compared to healthy children. Comparing nonagenarians to progeria patients shows that nonagenarians have a slightly higher expression of WNT16 than HGPS patients (Figure 6E).
