NPPB and bundle branch block: Obviously, the HFrEF group reported significantly lower levels of LVEFECH in comparison to the HFpEF group (p < 0.001) (Table 1); in addition, the HFrEF showed a significantly higher left ventricular mass index (p < 0.01), NT-proBNP levels (p < 0.05), troponin-T blood concentration (p < 0.05), and more frequent known myocardial ischemia history (p < 0.01) and left bundle branch block or pacemaker/ICD implant history (p < 0.05).
