In the current study, repeated dosing with the platinum-based chemotherapeutic OXA likewise significantly increased tumour-associated CD8+ and CD4+ TEM cells (p < 0.01 and p < 0.05 respectively); however, while the effect was still significant when dosed in combination with αPD1 (p < 0.01), there was no evidence of synergy, suggesting that OXA alone may maximally recruit TEM cells. Here, CD4 is linked to neoplasm.
