Among patients with adverse-risk AML, the remission occurred more frequently with CPX-351 versus 7 + 3 among those without TP53 mutations (CR + CRi: 33/75 [44%] vs 15/69 [22%]) but was similar among those with TP53 mutations (8/24 [33%] vs 11/31 [35%]; Additional file 1: Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia.
