LPL is safe and feasible even for women with early cervical cancer during pregnancy to evaluate the disease and make the next diagnosis and treatment plan, and can obtain better tumor and pregnancy outcomes [31, 32].In our study, the postoperative pregnancy rate was higher in patients who underwent EPL combined with VRT (2/3, 66.67%) compared with patients who underwent LPL combined with VRT/LRT (6/20, 30.0%); this may have been related to fewer pelvic adhesions resulting from the EPL combined with VRT surgery method. This evidence concerns the gene LPL and neoplasm.
