Despite the significant overlap between SCNAs affecting tumours in these three distinct organs, there was a small number of genes that were specifically amplified or deleted in certain tumours (e.g. ERBB2 amplification in TP53-mutant breast cancers and CRKL amplification or deletion of LRP1B or CDKN2B in squamous lung cancer). The gene discussed is CDKN2B; the disease is neoplasm.
