Thus, among the pro-inflammatory cytokines in breast cancer, the content of IL-1β, IL-2, and IL-6 increased (+16.1%, +25.0%, and +12.7%, respectively), while for TNF-α, MCP-1, IL-8, and IL-18, the content decreased (−36.2%, −23.8%, −15.0%, and −12.1%, respectively). Here, TNF is linked to breast carcinoma.
