The results revealed that knockdown of CKS2 drastically down‐regulated the level of MMPs, RHOA, ROCK1 proteins in U251 and LN229 glioma cell lines compared to control group, while CKS2 overexpression markedly elevated the expression of aforementioned migration‐related genes in glioma cells compared to control (p < 0.05, Figure 5E–H). This evidence concerns the gene RHOA and central nervous system cancer.
