In this study, we tested the effect of sorafenib combination with an anti-VEGF (bevacizumab), anti-VEGFR2 (ramucirumab) and anti-EGFR (panitumumab) on HepG2 cancer cells viability, regulation of cell cycle, apoptosis, expression of VEGFR2, EGFR, MMP-9 and CASPASE3 and the levels of pVEGFR2 and pSTAT3 proteins compared to sorafenib. Here, MMP9 is linked to cancer.
