Combining the 10 oncogenic signaling pathways in TCGA (Sanchez-Vega et al., 2018), we found that the classical tumor suppressor genes TP53, CDKN2A, and oncogene KRAS were more frequently mutated in the low AIDPS group than high AIDPS group, whereas the opposite was true for SMAD4, TTN, and RNF43 (Figure 6A and B).
