CD14 and systemic sclerosis: Among 1,505 total SNPs with genome‐wide significance (P < 5 × 10−8) and SNPs associated with SSc and those in high linkage disequilibrium (r2 > 0.8), 445 (29.6%) and 284 (18.9%) SNPs overlapped with enhancer regions from CD4+ T cells and CD14+ monocytes, respectively.
