K-M analysis estimated survival probabilities and showed that the prognostic model based on these 14 DNA repair genes, including XRCC2, TYMP, RAD1, PCNA, UBC, CDT1, sCO2, POLK, DDB2, WRN, RPA3, PRIMPOL, RAD23B, and PMS1, was useful and robust in predicting survival in both our training and validation GEO-DLBCL cohorts as well as the external validation TCGA-DLBCL cohort. The gene discussed is PMS1; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
