Furthermore, we found that the levels of IL-1β, IL-18, CASP1, and NLRP3 expression were increased after knockdown of COX10-AS1, which indicated that reducing COX10-AS1 might impede tumor progress via inducing glioma cell pyroptosis, and it was a potential therapeutic strategy for glioma, but more detailed tests were needed to carry out.
