The NF-kB family is crucial for immune responses and inflammation and NF-kB has been implicated in the initiation, progression, and resistance to treatment in human cancers.[27] Dysregulation of IL-17 signaling is related to immunopathology and tumor progression.[28] The highly conserved RAS/MAPK signaling pathway plays an important role in various biological processes, such as invasion, apoptosis, and metastasis.[29] Thus, CXCL2 may affect the tumorigenesis and progress of STAD via these signaling pathways. Here, IL17A is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
