NFKB1 and subarachnoid hemorrhage: It attenuated neuronal apoptosis and oxidative stress in subarachnoid hemorrhage by activating the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway (Gong et al., 2022), and protected PC12 neuronal cell line against inflammation- and oxidative stress-related injury by respectively inhibiting the NF-κB pathway and activating the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway (Xu et al., 2019).
