To identify the unrevealed functions of DHRS9 in rectal cancer, we carried out a gene coexpression analysis and found that the most significant GO terms positively correlated with DHRS9 were keratan sulfate biosynthetic process and UDP-galactose:beta-N-acetylglucosamine beta-1,3-galactosyltransferase activity (Figures 4A,B). Here, DHRS9 is linked to rectal cancer.
